- Hosted a call for 97 people interested in opening chapters from the following chapters established in 2022:
- Four chapters existed at 1/1/2022.
- Led 5 chapters through the How to Launch curriculum.
- Launch Network National Equity Together Takes Work- a national approach to bringing awareness and solving the inequalities in parental leave, pay equity and the opportunity gap in the affordable housing industry through education and conversation.
- 8 Classes taught by Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) Consultant
- Panels highlighting positive movement in the DEI&B Space
- Parental Leave Policy Panel
- Black Developers Panel
- Launch WAHAN for a Cure
- An initiative in the Fall around raising awareness for cancer research, cure and supporting survivors.
- Host A Month WAHN Wisdom Call
- Chapters hop on and get 5-10 minutes to share events, ideas, challenges, solutions, and ask questions to remain consistent and connected nationwide.
- Drafted our Strategic Plan
- Awarded our first annual James D. Cromartie Ally Award.
- Began foundation for our Industry Conference in a future year.
- Released one Newsletter debuting in June 2022.
- Attended numerous conferences and events around the country.
- Between January and July 2022, we will over 1000 people will have attended a WAHN hosted event.
